"Clean, Comfortable and Good Value unit but lousy condo lifts."

The unit was new and comfortable, especially the queen-sized bed. It is a firm type so we had a good rest. The other joint single bed is rather soft but is okay for the kids. The Coway water, aircon, toilets (heater) and kitchen (stove, fridge) are new and good.

The lift in Urban Suite is very slow and full over the weekend. Sometimes we had to wait for over 10 minutes to get into the lift. The minimum wait is like 5 minutes. The swimming pool is also very crowded. We arrived at 10 pm Friday and got the keys and probably only got up to the 33A floor at 10.30 pm++ because all the lifts were crowded with people we could not enter and had to go in separately.

"Overall it is still ok"

Room is good, with internet and COWAY facilities. Basic need for cooking is ready including refrigerator. No bad smell detected.

During arrival, the unit is still not ready to be used. No proper arrangement be done earlier. And on the third night, my car got clamped by Security without proper and formal notification.
