In room no shampoo, toothpaste, or hot water kettle, tea, coffee serving only the staff. Not inside any equipment to make hot water.no wardobe and hangers inside the room its also negative

No other facility in the property. Pool was dirty. No refrigerator.

I liked the location, and friendlyness of the staff. I Liked the food.

The road does not have a sign post, and nobody knew about the place, very hard to find. The villas are highly overpriced. However it does have geyser in rooms, only 2 young guys managing the entire resort. No management present. They also don't give proper bills, only on whatsapp text. There is no resturant nearby as well.

I stayed at this hotel in Wayanad and unfortunately the experience was not satisfying. The swimming pool had no proper lighting, which made it unusable at night and ruined the ambience. They charged ₹800 for a campfire, but there was no proper speaker or microphone, which was very disappointing for the amount paid. On top of that, the service from both the host and staff was very unprofessional and not guest-friendly. Overall, the facilities and service did not justify the price. The management seriously needs to improve basic amenities and professionalism.

Service was excellent...the two boys Shoib and Fawaz were very courteous and polite.

Room size, leaking toilet, faulty AC, extra charges, bad food with minimal choices for vegetarians, distance from room to kitchen, dirty swimming pool, no room service, too expensive for the facilities given.
