Location

Very noisy room, no water kettle, towel looks old Breakfast was dissapointed (we arrive at the restaurant at 8.30..the food already cold and some option is not refill..what become the point of attentio n..that we never found in other hotel is..there is staff that also taking breakfast in the restaurant and eating the same food provided for guest..is this normal?
