"DISAPPOINTING, Stay Away ! ... Save your money and nerves"

We have booked this unit 3 months prior to this trip and yet when we arrived at this location on that day at 7PM (which was previously agreed over messages) we came to learn that our reservation was not there anymore and its has vanished. It took us 2 hrs to get a hold of the owner of this unit (a company called Geographica) and they informed us that the apartment was already booked to someone else and told is to go after booking.com to recoup our money.... An even more sad and disappointing moment was when the same owner told us to come the next day to him directly, bypassing booking.com and get the unit for a discounted price. This raised a lot of red flags. We decided to go with another unit and a totally completely owner via booking.com of course. Be careful with this owner (Geographica), the concierge and the building management at 105 Sail confirmed there were several issues like these in the past all with the same owner. So we were not the only ones. Beware !!!!
