Location is pretty good. Walking distance to eateries. Nice seaview apartment.

I just had an incredible overnight stay at Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie, complete with a stunning Rooftop-SeaView that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by a refreshing fresh scent, setting a positive tone for a delightful stay experience. The room I stayed in was not only clean and tidy but also equipped with various amenities that enhanced my comfort. The free Wi-Fi provided was highly reliable, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world seamlessly. Additionally, the complimentary Netflix account was a wonderful touch, enabling me to relax and enjoy my favorite movies without interruption. The in-room facilities were comprehensive, including an electric stove, electric kettle, and refrigerator, which made it convenient for me to prepare snacks, warm beverages, or store food temporarily at any time. I particularly appreciated the free bottled water, which showed a thoughtful consideration for guests' basic needs. However, the most breathtaking aspect of staying in this apartment was the sea and city views from the top of Batam's tallest building. The illuminated cityscape at night was an invaluable experience. The apartment also offered additional amenities that added to the comfort of my stay, such as a swimming pool and gym located on the 6th floor. These facilities were well-maintained and provided a perfect alternative for entertainment and relaxation. The location of Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie is also very strategic, making it easy for me to explore the surroundings. A short walk took me to Fanindo, an ideal spot to try some foods or simply grab a bite when hunger struck. The apartment owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful whenever contacted. This added a layer of convenience and reassurance to my stay, ensuring any needs or queries I had were promptly addressed. Great location on the 55th floor of Tower-1 in a new complex. A gym, recreation pool and walking area was also available on the 6th floor. Ideal stay for both business and leisure travelers. Host was also very kind and communication was great. Everything was clean. Kitchen also available. Loads of options to go out nearby.

The wifi connection was a bit slow so would be good to upgrade it to a faster connection. Also, was off sometimes. But that did not affect my stay at all.

As usual,owner was so kind and fast upon our arrival for the check in,all facilities are good only the electric stove can't be used,the rest is PERFECT,I'll rate 10/10,one of the best apartments that I've tried in BaTaM so fat after Oxy Suites

Loves being on the top level the scenery was great. Easy access fast response from host. Just water flow was bit slow overall it was awesome stay.

Host was very polite and accommodating. Clean place. Amazing view and facilities. Had a great stay.
