Sublime waterfront retreat with private terrace

Great apartment. Really well finished and a great location. Loved everything about it other than it being freezing cold.

Heating didn’t work. Communication with the host was very poor. We followed the instructions and turned the thermostat in each room up to maximum and also the one in the hallway, but still no heating. Host kept saying to do the same thing… no change.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with first rate facilities. Perfect location.

The rainy windy weather in November didn't allow us to see as much of Bristol as we would've liked.

The location for exploring Bristol and the waterfront is excellent, no need to use a car, so many places are walkable. Parking is right outside the flat. The flat itself is not waterfront though, even though the building is. Very warm and comfortable, beautifully furnished with many thoughtful extras. Plenty of room, we were just two but more than enough space for four.

I was tempted to answer 'no' to expectations of the property being met but that wouldn't be fair. It is a very comfortable, beautifully furnished appartment with many extras. The 'but' - it is NOT a waterside apartment. The building is and the location for exploring the waterfront and Bristol is excellent but such a disappointment with the misnomer, the photos are also misleading. We thought we would sit looking out at the water. Be aware too of the bond expected and the long wait for the money to be returned to one's account.

It was dark when we arrived, finding key box was difficult and the number of the apartment ws written in a manner that it looked like the number 1. Better instructions would help.

Really beautiful apartment, fitted out to a really high standard. Perfectly clean and super comfy beds. Literally everything you could need was provided. Great location but really quiet and peaceful apartment. Can’t fault it.
