Great location on a very quiet street, but very close to shops and restaurants. Street parking was available right outside the flat (with a provided parking pass. Several fells were within easy walking distance.

The location is perfect, and the house nicely done up with modern furnishings/decoration. A residents parking permit was provided, which was useful.

We had to pay for parking in the local carpark for the 2nd car. The house was very comfortable for 4 people, but 6 would have been a squash. The sitting room was uncluttered to the point of being a little austere.

Loved the master bedroom with en-suite bath & shower cubicle, huge fitted wardrobe and super-king comfortable bed! The Alexa was great for local tips and playing music in the open plan living room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms were spacious (1 double and 1 twin room) with a handy bath/ shower room on that floor. Full ironing board and good quality iron in the top landing cupboard too! Very clean throughout.

Hall radiator wasn’t working so the entrance was very chilly but reported this so hopefully will be sorted! No freezer, would be handy to have a little one for ice cubes/ ice cream storage. Fair number of utensils in kitchen but if making your own meals would need to bring your own blender/ extra serving dishes etc.

Location was ideal - close to so many restaurants but no real noise. It was well laid out with good fixtures and fittings. The hosts were fantastic- when we did have a couple of little challenges they were sorted out very quickly and very professionally.

The sofas and lighting made it very difficult to relax on the evening, to the extent that we actually retired earlier than we would normally.
