Good location. Good wi-fi. Dedicated parking space.

Preface: this was my first time booking a short-term stay in the UK (as a EU citizen), so I can't compare if what I'm describing is 'typical'. The cost breakdown for the 2-night rent was approx. 530GBP for the stay (with tax) and a flat cleaning fee of 90GBP - bit unusual to break it down like that from my experience, but perhaps that's an industry standard. After booking, I started getting bombarded with messages both on booking.com and on my mobile, asking me to fill in 2 forms - both asking for my personal details, one of the forms (truvi.com) also asking me to pay a non-refundable 'damage waiver' of 35EUR. Overall I'm ok with sharing personal data ON TOP of what booking.com already has, but that can be easily mistaken for a phishing attempt. Not to mention, I have no idea what is the damage waiver and why it's not part of the base price (as it is non-refundable). Additionally: the apartment is showing its age, especially the bathroom needs a renovation (mildew on the ceiling, water damage on the skirting boards). If travelling with friends, be also wary of the sleeping arrangements: one twin bed in the bedroom, one sofa in the living room, CHILD-SIZED bunk beds in the other bedroom.

Walking distance to city area. Spacious. Responsive owners. Instructions given detailed and clear.

Not airconditioned. 2 small fans were provided but it does gets hot during the day. No shampoo/bodywash/tissue paper provided.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for walking into the city. Excellent communication with the hosts and detailed instructions.

Bunk beds would not suit anyone approaching 6ft.

Very comfortable apartment. We didn't drive but there are parking spots right out front. Walking distance to everything of interest in Bath. Heads up that once you get the keys from the lock box, you get into the front security door by swiping a fob on the key ring. It took us a little while to figure that one out!

We couldn't figure out how to get the dryer to work but that might have just been us.

Good central location

Very poor instructions - location and entry system. Had over 10 emails repeatedly asking me to update details of arrival. Completed this over and over, really annoying. Because of this fault thinking may be why we didn’t get details of building name and no of property. Phone contact no and no response. Eventually got call back from company who gave details. The emailed key box no didn’t work. Poor start to holiday.

The property was comfortable with a lovely little well equipped kitchen. It was in an ideal location for us as we were there for the half marathon & it was 10/15 min walk from the start. It is also a short walk from a large Sainsbury or lots of different places to eat.

Heating timing clock wasn’t set properly so heating was a bit random. Not much of a problem & we could have looked at sorting it but would have been nice if it was already done.

Location was good, being on the ground floor was good. It was clean and tidy

No mat in the bat and needing to, calling the Police on Wednesday evening due to the noise 2 floors above.
