Modern spacious Belfast city stay free parking

It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Nice fresh towels and very cosy. The communication we had before we arrived and throughout our stay was amazing, the host was very informative and helpful during our stay. The location was only about 15 mins from the airport so a quick taxi ride (download the fonacap app to book any taxis needed). We walked everywhere during our stay. We walked to the titanic museum and then into town and back again. There is a supermarket, fast food places just up the road (10 mins walk) but a really nice tai take away just on the corner which was delicious. The bed was cosy and the kitchen had everything you needed if you did want to cook. Anyone wanting to explore Belfast and have their own apartment instead of a hotel then this place was brilliant.

The name was correct - it was spacious and clean! My husband gets up a bit earlier and so didn’t disturb me. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were really nice. I liked the location because we could walk to a few different places and downtown was only about 20 minutes by foot. Even if you wanted to get a taxi, the price was so reasonable. Food store was close by - met all our needs and Colm answered any questions and provided us with recommendations for around the city.

Not the fault of the apartment owner but the building hallway light was out - we just used our phone so we could unlock the door as the street light didn’t provide quite enough light but all good!

It was in a great place to stay in for us closed to the motorway & titanic museum & the center of belfast

The apartment had everything you need for our stay colm our host was always at the end of a message the password for the wifi was the key on the box not the password it self

Spacious and well presented flat. With nicest architectural touches like the bedroom skylights and furnishings. Great for a working stay with all the amenities to make your own food and coffee while you work away from home.

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment had everything we needed — comfortable facilities and everything was in good working order, which made things easy. The location was great and super easy to find, especially after travelling. The host was also really kind and let us check out a bit later to fit around our flight times, which we really appreciated. Only small thing — it could really do with a full-length mirror! All in all, a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

There is a bus stop across the road from property with regular buses. There is also a good takeaway nearby and a shop to buy some provisions.

- Enquired about an early check-in/bag drop three times but had no acknowledgement of msgs. - There is a mouldy skylight in main bedroom making the room damp. The dehumidifier in the room was full of water. - On making the sofabed the duvet cover, pillows and undersheet contained pubic hair, long head hair and large flakes of skin. - There was dried in food stains on the fabric placemats. - There were stains on the back of the display cushions. - The cupboards were full of toast crumbs. The host was unable to rectify or be responsive to the immediate problem and still expected that we stay without bedding, we left that same evening we arrived and our family stayed in a hotel. His communication has been poor to resolve the situation and denying the very poor standards.

Flat was not clean properly, load of dust everywhere, not sure if the towels and bed linen was clean ( the have funny smell). Kitchen have everything everywhere ( screwdrivers in drawers, paint in the sink, old shoes in boiler cabinet) shelfs , mugs, glasses,coffe machine not clean properly. In bathroom we found plastic container full of old rusted razors, empty containers, toothbrush, toothfloos picker etc). Apart from one rail , and damaged shelf in bedroom there was absolutely no storage facilities ( nothing for coats in hallway, nothings else in whole flat.) WI Fi was hit and miss often not working properly or at all, due to WiFi problems you couldn't watch TV or any streaming service. Iron board need replacing - did not have cover so you couldn't iron. Flat located near front door so every time people enter building it have massive bang and you are you wake up - building front door need slow close mechanism. In bedroom water dripping from ceiling you can hear that during night and in the morning step into the paddle.
