Family Apartment with Uninterrupted Ocean Views

I had to cancel the booking 1 day after our stay due to cockroaches infestation that we experienced in the kitchen at night, the property was not clean upon our arrival, sliding door not working properly because of the dirt, microwave not working, fridge has rust..overall unhygienic conditions The property management company lacked customer service even suggested to send someone to fumigate in our presence and sent a cleaner only after I complained They also instructed the cleaner to check for cockroaches during the day and she claimed she didn't see them...common sense Coacroachs hide during the day and active at night I have requested my refund as I had to incur costs by vacating the property within 1 nigh and looking for another accommodation for the remaining 4 nights I have contacted Booking.com and the property management is playing hide and seek as they are running away from taking accountability

Great location, my parents often book an apartment in the same block - Neptune isle as this one when they visit Cape Town which unfortunately was not available at the time and we thought we would try this one and have as an option for their CPT visits, however it was disappointing the way they didn’t respond to queries it was as if we were an inconvenience, it seems like the owners expect property investment to 100% passive income which is never the case, you must be available to ensure guest queries are attended to and also feel welcome in your property.

Non responsiveness of accommodation owner or manger. Micro leave didn’t work, when I tried to reach them to check if it was maybe a trick that we were missing nobody responded, emailed and texted no response in any of the channels yet on the fridge the contact number is on a sticker on the fridge and on bookings.com but no one answered.

The place is very stinky, and very old for the amount charged, extremely dissapointing..

The whole place smell of sewage, very old couch, fridge.

The fact that there was no bath sheets and that the coffee plunger no longer in working condition
