Charming Malvern Cottage with Outstanding Views

Comfortable and clean with lovely views

Disappointed that we only had basic channels on sky

Location was excellent for hill walks and into the centre, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very peaceful area! Natalie left milk in fridge and biscuits for our arrival, much appreciated!

It was a bit chilly…may be down to not able to use temperature sensors properly…

Cosy, great location, quiet, easy communication with host, request for Christmas decoration honoured which was much appreciated

Some minor cleanliness issues, no vacuum for carpets

Comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a good location.

Parking can be a problem.

There was a ticking boiler in the main bedroom that wasn't ideal.

A pretty cottage, well decorated, with outstanding views. Comfortable beds although one double is against the wall. Lovely big thick towels.

The location of the cottage means that access isn't easy, a tiny road with no parking outside (however it was easy to park on the lower level). The lockbox leaves black rubber marks all over your hands and the door handle. The shower is over a bath which slopes at the end you exit from, it would be better if there was a grab rail on the wall.
