hotel is not that cleaned in terms of pool and other areas such as admin and rooms.staff is okay.food is worst like yesterday's food they kept and gave it for breakfast. very bad taste.pulav and pavbhaji tasted same.

This property has a lot of potential. The staff are lovely people, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very nice and beautifully decorated. The young lady managing our stay spoke good English and was very attentive, quickly appearing when I wasn’t sure how to turn the hot water on.

We booked this hotel before arriving, and it was a very tiring process to get into our rooms after a long day of travelling. The hotel’s booking.com booking acceptance process is not functioning so our rooms were not prepared and it took a good 45 minutes with lots of back and forth at the front counter before we even got into our room. As stated, the room was beautiful, however it has a bad mould problem and the air was very thick with mustiness. I don’t think this was helped by the large plastic sheet covering the whole building. The dinner was nice but very costly at rs. 600 each. The service was the hardest part for us as westerners. It was very disorganised and even after we had all retired to our room we were still getting knocks on the door asking about how many beers we had (it was only 2, and this was repeated a number of times) to different staff members. We were asked to wake up one of our group members to ask him how many beers he had had, even though we were very clear we had only 2, which had been served to us by the staff. Even at this point when we were exhausted and mid-shower and bed, we were being asked to leave a review right now, which we denied. In the morning when we were leaving the young woman was very very insistent on us leaving a review right now before we left. She wouldn’t take no for an answer and it was very intense. This seems to be a common tactic in India which has left me realising that reviews in this country cannot be trusted as they are often written under duress. As mentioned this place has a lot of potential with further staff training.

Property was very relaxing. Great facilities and the staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable.
