Bond Street Luxury Apartment Central Chelmsford

The lady who I spoke to in my mobile phone as there was no help desk or reception which was disappointing , so the only way to contact someone was to go onto bookings.com . Yes the lady was helpful but a few of the travellers passing by who I spoke to in the hallway agreed as some travellers do not have a mobile or an email address so for those other travellers also if they needed help that would be an issue as they would have no one to speak to .

Getting into the entrance was difficult than expected . I so understand it’s an apartment and for health and safety reasons but as a first time traveller it was more difficult that expected if there was a reception or help desk ( physically) then that would of made it more easier! ( and that was just entering and exiting the property) The cleanliness of the bedroom was disappointing I noticed a few stains on the Carpet. On the bed was a few long brown hairs now considering I’m blinded haired I can accurately say this was not my hair as in was a solo traveller . In the bathroom there was small sachet ok shampoo and condition but no bottled or even a sachet of shower gel / gels , which I could not understand even though there was a stuff for shampoo and conditioner?!. Every other room e.g living room , kitchen / diner was very clean spotless! The exterior ( the building and the hallways) look very plain and outdated. For future reference maybe modernise the building and hallway e.g new paint ? Wallpaper? Viable modern signage representing the apparent / Bond Street central apartments? Just an idea 😊 💡

Everything! Beautiful apartment, spotless, owner very attentive fantastic location for fun in Chelmsford!! Second trip - more to come xx
