location right in the middle of it all. property was just right. nice furniture comfortable bed and very quite apart from deliveries in the morning

nothing was a problem, was v pleased with everything the apartment was equipped with. plenty of water/tea

Breakfast was not applicable. The location for a City centre was good.

Locating the apartment wasn't clear. There is no sign on the building indicating where the apartments are. I had to call and chase for details of how to enter the property as by 1545 I still hadn't received a text. After my initial call, a text by the host was sent straight away but I needed further clarification so called again, this time my call wasn't answered. My call wasn't responded to for another 30 mins. It wasn't clear from the photos that the first door code to get to the key box wasn't located immediately next to the door to get into the apartment building. The apartment was very clean with good facilities but too warm (no air con) and it was very noisy. You could hear people's conversations outside and in the evening (up until 2230) there was a lot of noise which sounded like commercial bins were being emptied. I didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds to the french windows in the lounge or in the bedroom as you were completely overlooked by customers using John Lewis' cafe.

Good location to access the town, easy to find and clear instructions provided on how to access keys and enter the building. The interior is spadiceous and furnished to a very high standard. Have stayed in a number of apartments during my visits to Chelmsford with work and this is by far the nicest. Would defiantly look to book again in the not too distant future.

Some minor points, bed mattress is too small for the bedframe and managed to hit my shin on the bed frame. A multi knife block would have been great too.

The location is absolutely amazing. The apartment was cosy, clean and had all the essential facilities. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Key collection situation was causing a bit of an annoyance, it was quite tricky to find the key location. The apartment was clean, however the toilet pot/cover in and out, needs extra cleaning and a firmer mattress will be lovely. Overall it was a very nice, homely apartment.
