"Idéal pour sa proximité avec Florence."

La proximité avec Florence et les transports faciles. Les échanges par les propriétaires.

La propreté un peu juste. Four sale. Tout très poussiéreux ( pas de la veille…). Le matelas de la chambre de droite est à changer. Très bruyant.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole (ad esempio, la cucina dispone di diversi elettrodomestici). La casa è molto pulita, così come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani in dotazione. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben arredate, con comode cassettiere e armadi per riporre i propri indumenti. Infine, la casa si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere Firenze senza dover utilizzare l'automobile: infatti, si trova a pochi metri dalle fermate del tram e dell'autobus, che sono incredibilmente efficienti e puntuali. Inoltre, il signor Roberto è stato molto disponibile e attento nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli per visitare la città.

Non abbiamo riscontrato criticità.

"Appartement très bien équipé et hôtesse au top !"

Très bon accueil de l'hôtesse malgré notre retard. Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé et pas trop loin du centre de Florence en transport en commun.

Manque un peu d'isolation phonique par rapport aux voitures dans la rue mais cela reste personnel. Et les oreillers trop epais pour nous.

"Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο,το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά και έσταζε,το ψυγείο λερωμένο,υπήρχε ανεμιστήρας στο δωμά"

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό. Δεν είχε προϊόντα περιποίησης. Το αιρκοντίσιον έσταζε και δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν αγενής. Το δωμάτιο είχε ανεμιστήρα ο οποίος ήταν πολύ βρώμικος.

La ubicación. Tuvimos un problema con el frigorífico y al momento nos ayudaron a solucionarlo. Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y las camas cómodas.

A nuestra llegada nos encontramos con todo el menaje en el lavavajillas, la basura del baño llena de artículos de higiene íntima y el WC con rastros de suciedad del anterior inquilino. Creemos que las toallas deberían renovarse.
