BEI booked the apartment and I paid the full amount for 2 nights online. And the owner WhatsApp me and said they will offer another apartment totally different than the one that I booked, very dirty, smelled very bad the bathtub was also broken and there was broken ceramic everywhere., It was a cheaper and unsafe apartment. I refused to sleep there then I had to book a different apartment last minute. I asked them to refund my money and they did not reply to my message also I contacted booking.com customers sevice no one reply to my questions (they said they would reply within 24 hours and I still don't have a reply).
