Being greeted at the front door by a coyote the night staff was not very friendly. When I asked for extra pillows there were none available.
USThe front desk staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I shared with her a problem i had on a previous stay and she made sure that didn't happen again
the walls are very thin you can hear literally everything. The room above ours was busy almost the entire night
