It was a nice clean, friendly place to stay, but they need to sweep more and the vending machines weren’t working that great

I didn't like the fact that location sold us a room with a stove and refrigerator but did not provide pots and pans or cups and plates in the kitchenette. When I called the office they explained the only rooms that received those were the 1st floor. After speaking with the 2nd rep we were told we could rent the items for an additional $30. They only include one wash rag and towel per person. The room did not include a curtain. Not even a paper napkin or coffee maker. I made it clear to the office Staff that a simple statement at check-in would have at least served as notification to not expect anything more than a bed. The place was neat but not clean. Several items feom the last guest were still in the room. I didn't complain or ask for a room change. It was just par for the course. The location was central to everything I needed to do.

did not eat breakfast. the overall stay was nice. very clean. good location.

think about changing the bed frames or adding a thicker mattress to the bed. add more pillows and covers to the room. pillows were too soft

"Automatically" charged me 7.5$ for the internet package that I did not use. Refused to refund this sum at the reception even after bringing this to their attention. Very disappointing.
