Very clean.Convenient.Close to a Main Street, restaurants etc

When we arrived during check-in we were given a code to enter the duplex. Unfortunately the code worked on the unit next door that was occupied and filthy. It took over an hour to resolve the problem and we were finally able to access the correct property and correct code.

The property was clean and well-appointed but we never could get the hot water to work in the shower and calling the representative did not attempt to solve this problem. The TV's did not have any directions and we could not get them to work, I think they use Alexa and we did not know how to access. We admit we probably did not know how to activate but there were no directions provided. Overall it is clean and well-appointed, we would have give it an excellent review if we had hot water for our shower, checking in problems with the wrong property and no directions on activate the TV. I still have not received confirmation on the security deposit and we left the property clean and tidy except for washing sheets and towels. We even took the trash so it would not be left in the property.

Clean, cozy and new apartment. Calm and safe neighborhood. Comfortable parking space. Kitchen is fully equipped. Easy to find, a lot of shops nearby as well as not far from the beach. Everything is the same as on photos, cozy backyard with trees where you can chill. Very pleasant host who answers quickly and politely, ready to support you. We enjoyed staying there very much. Definitely recommend!

Everything is good

Nice place; decent, quiet location.

Extreme level of hassle navigating their post-reservation, third-party "verification" process (which, of course, happens AFTER they charged my credit card for the stay). Soooo many messages exchanged (via LENGTHY emails, three separate SMS text numbers, voice mail, AND WhattsApp messages) before I could get into the place. Plus uploading copies of my driver's license (twice) and credit card, and STILL having to process another transaction (through yet another website) for the "incidentals deposit," for which they charged me another $15! This was my first attempt at using Booking.com...and if this stay is any indication, it will be my last!

This was the best staycation we've had in a while! The location was spotless and prestine upon arrival, had everythjng we needed to be comfy and cozy. I highly recommend this property for any accommodation needs. We will return for sure!

We loved everything besides the 10am checkout. Possibly consider making it standard 11am other than that nothing to report!
