I wasn't given a room inspite of prior booking. I reached in the evening. Needed a hot water bath. Was told rudely by the receptionist that they didn't offer hot water in the evening. Then was quickly given qr code for full payment without showing me the room or offering me hot water. The receptionist was arrogant and rude. When I insisted on hot water, he asked me to cancel my booking. As a single 60 year old woman, I had to look for a room late in the evening in the city. Pathetic attitude.

Helpful staff and location . Room size is also good

Electric kettle in the room and tea bags would be nice . Water filter in every floor will be also very helpful
