GBGBIt was a lovely looking apartment with a balcony.
Where do I start? Arrived to the apartment was given a Code for the main entrance which was incorrect, emailed the host did not get a response. Waited 40 mins still nothing…. Eventually a resident let us in. Once arriving to the apartment as soon as we got through the door there was an instant smell of cannabis. There was hardly and toiletries and luckily the was a balcony with a sliding door to open and air out the smell. The smell of cannabis still Lingered and it wasn’t as strong after that. I emailed the host straight away but still no response. After our celebration of my brothers birthday, the following day I received a call it was the host. We began to talk through text as I was in and out of calls for work. The host stated that she was aware the previous occupants smoked illegal substances, but yet she did not “wish to cancel my booking” which led me to believe she just wanted my money regardless of the condition of the property. The host Sophia, offered me a gesture of goodwill by extending my checkout to 12 midday however this was not enough! I left promptly after 10.30. I requested a form of a refund however she then said she was unaware the apartment smelt like cannabis and accused me of being threatening and that I was trying to blackmail in exchange of a good review and my money back? Im sorry but there is no good review to give as the whole process of this host was so terrible. I STRONGLY recommend you all to stay away from this property and the host. The reason as follows if you attempt to even ask for your money back you will get accusations thrown at you. It’s a shame becuase the actual property is lovely and modern but just a massive let down by the host and how they treat customers.

The shower wasn’t warm all the time. There was a few moments in which the hot water didn’t work
