Emplacement très bon, l'accès privé à la mer est génial Agence de location sympathique et très réactive pour réparer les problèmes (évier et baignoire bouchés, éclairage extérieurs HS)

La maison est mitoyenne avec 2 voisins sur deux cotés. la piscine n'est pas privative, mais partagée avec toutes les autres villas du lotissement La plage privée d'accès à la mer n'est pas directement à la maison mais à 300m. Beaucoup de placards fermés à clefs. pas de micro-ondes dans la cuisine
