The location and the lay out of the house. In addition of the facilities especially for the families.

Parking bay was very close to the lift, and area was well lit. The lift was very close to the room. So, access going in and out was fast. The security gate was good at registration and process was fast. The building management was very helpful and remained open until 9PM. There were vending machines at the lobby so you can buy snacks late at night. The surrounding area was calm and quiet and close to many eating places. Love the early morning and late-night quietness of the building.

Key collection was made difficult because the cleaner forgot to leave the key inside the mailbox. Had to wait until 9PM for the key to be sent to me. Had to ask the building management to let me into the building. The balcony door was jammed and had to be forced to be opened. There were lizards on the floor and ceiling but managed to shoo them using a broom.
