When we booked we thought it can't be that good, but it was more than awesome. The host gave us many restaurant and activity tips and all of them where great. The house is really spacious, has beautiful rooms and everything you need including a great garden. And if you need something more, the host will provide it to you. We where there with family and friends for 10 days, the time was some of the most relaxing since a long time. We would definitely recommend it and it was worth every penny. The region and beaches are even more beautiful. Thank you again for everything Katerina

Everything about our stay at the vila was perfect. Exceptionally clean, luxury and stylishly furnished. Very convenient for families with small kids or group of couples or friends. There is a big green beautiful grass yard with amazing seaview and large covered patio for the summer. Our host Katerina was really dedicated to make our vacation remarkable and hassle free. She was available all the time for any kind of information or questions and ready to help with anything needed. Neighbourhood is really quiet and calm. There are three beautiful beaches nearby, at walking distance. Closest one is right across the street.

Dilean Luxury Villa is really a perfect place to spend your vacation. The villa itself has everything (and more) you would need and even if it doesn’t, our amazing host Katerina will make sure that you get it as soon as possible. We spend many mornings and evenings on a comfortable terrasse looking at the amazing sea, slept with our windows open as the street literally has no traffic during night and you can sleep listening to crickets and waves and enjoying the breeze coming from the sea. The little beach that is 2 minutes away by foot feels very private and has the cleanest water away from crowds. Katerina was even kind enough to provide loungers and umbrellas for us to use on the beach. I cannot recommend enough both the villa, the host and the beautiful Sithonia to everybody.

We were 4 adults and 5 children and stayed for 10 days at the villa. It was a lovely stay. The amazing view is simply stunning, especially with the early morning coffee. There is a small, beatiful beach just in front of the villa, which feels like a private one. Fava beach is around 5 min walking. Generally the location of the villa is excellent, in very quiet place and at the same time with easy acces to the main road (to Nikiti or Sarti).

Everything, the place is perfect! First and foremost - host. Katerina is an amazing, so welcoming person. We felt there like we visited the family. She was happy to advise us where to go, recommend and book tables in the best restaurants. My son had a birthday during our stay so she and her husband who have a boat hire company did all they could to make this day unforgettable. She even bought a birthday cake and went to Nikiti to collect it. We will never forget your kindness and hospitality Katerina! Great location with a beautiful sea view with sunrise from all bedrooms and access to private beach. Easy to get to the nearest restaurants which are great and not crowded but beautiful beaches. The villa itself is a luxury place for sure. Clean, fully equipped, everything is done to high standards and it is exactly what you find in the description. After long days exploring amazing Sithonia, the terrace with the sea view was our favourite place. We will come back there for sure as we fell in love with this part of Greece.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful, modern and stilish house. I felt truly like in paradise, with a perfect sea view. We were a family with 3 children, one under 1 year old, and though I had doubts to come with a baby who just started walking, I do not regret… the house was perfectly clean, a beautiful yard for children to play, wonderfull beach very close by, accross the street, almost private. The house has 5 bedrooms , 3 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor (one is a smaller one with a bunk bed for 2 children, but has a beautifull terrace). The living room is perfect for evening relaxation with a very big TV; the kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one needs… and the first floor terrace is just amazing. I am sorry we did not have enought time to enjoy it more. The host was very helpfull, and treated us like friends. She gave us all necessary advice about what and when to visit, even helped us buy a cake (brought it to us from the bakery) and make dinner reservation for my husband’s birthday. Conclusion: 10 plus!
