Mia Maria Apartment

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculately clean with all the provisions you need. Air conditioning was amazing and much needed in the July heat. Beds were so comfortable…so a great sleep. Antonia and her family were incredibly helpful when required but respected privacy at the same time. Highly recommend.

The only very minor downside is the location slightly outwith Cavtat. Which makes the walk in summer very hot. That said it’s located on a bus route and the buses are very regular. It wouldn’t put me off at all. The sunsets make the trip up the hill worth it!

The apartment was very pretty, newly refurbished, very clean and was equipped with lots of essential items. The pool was private to use with lovely views to the mountains. The sunset was able to be seen from the apartment. It was situated approx 20 mins walk away from cavtat beach and restaurants. The appartment was situated on a bus route with dubrovnik only approx 20 min bus ride away ( €3.20 each person each way). The owners were on hand to help with any questions we had and helped with a ride to the supermarket to collect food. Antonio was also able to collect us from the airport on the day we arrived.

Nothing we loved our stay in Cavtat

This was truely a nice, clean and spatious apartment. We had the whole apt for us selves with 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms inside, one more toilet outside and a big livingroom. 2 balkonys with stunning view over the sea, with nice sunsets. Free parking. The hostess was so kind and helpful and always available at whatsapp. Such a clean and fresh place.

Maybe the location, you need a car to get around, or there is a bus going in to Dubrovnik regularly. Not very close to the beach but who needs the beach when you have a nice, clean pool for yourself!

The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean, host was friendly and welcoming and provided us with local knowledge.

Only the walk to the village was all uphill on way back, and it is a fair distance.

Wow from getting off the plane to getting in the swimming pool was 1/2hr. Antonio was the perfect host picked us up with our bags (5 mins from airport) a few steps up to the apartment which was beautiful and clean and new and comfy. We had shots to welcome us made by her mum and jumped straight in the clean swimming pool with fantastic views. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with nice things, everything clean. The balcony could fit four on comfortably, had fab views and great sunsets. Antonio then drove us to the local supermarket to pick up provisions. We walked down to the beach/ harbour (5-10 mins) with lots of nice places to eat. Bus stop at the bottom of the drive to go to Dubrovnik or into Cavtat but Uber cheap if there are 4 of you. I would definitely stay here again to explore Coatia.

Everything is as described if not even better. The place is super clean and comfortable. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I can not wait to be back.
