Great location very close to the center and the marina if you're down for nice walks, coffee shops and restaurants. It was definitely value for money for 4 people. Apartment was spacious and clean with a cute little balcony to have a coffee or a smoke. Keys were easy to grab from the box at the entrance and all the facilities (kitchen/bathroom) were super new.
It didn't have an elevator so if you have a problem with stairs or have many baggage to carry it might be tricky. Other than that all is good!
