Das große Wohnzimmer

Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um das private Zuhause der Gastgeberfamilie handelt, mit offenen Lebensmittel, inklusive offen zugänglicher persönlicher Gegenstände und vollständig belegter Schränke. Dies wurde vom Gastgeber schriftlich bestätigt. Die Unterkunft war damit nicht als Ferienwohnung vorbereitet und für fünf Personen mit Gepäck praktisch ungeeignet. Leider hat uns der Vermieter nichts zurückerstattet, trotz der Unzumutbarkeit und der Stornierung vor Ort und auch Booking hat die Ferienwohnungsanzeige nicht ausreichend geprüft.
