Hotel Irua Haeundae

It was so good.. Partially youbjust see the sea view.

Nothing. I regretted to book the moment I stepped in … or even before that when two taxi drivers couldn’t find the place and took us to another hotel called irula instead -and wished we had stayed there as was lovely- , Hotel Irua was hard to find: it was in the building with other hotels which were clearly signed -unlike Irua , no reception to help , could not open the door as expected .so texted help via bookings. Com but could not call them . Stressful and frustrating on so many levels .

And the sea view was a real joke . Perhaps for superman with X-ray vision? As massive building in front blocking the view .. . I queried it with reception - or shall I say the person on the other side of the app who was so rude ‘ I should have read the room description ‘ . Well I had … just wished it was not misleading . Messages were unpleasant and no offer to help whatsoever even when I pointed out that the accommodation was for three - three beds , three chairs etc when it was booked for two adults and two juniors . A nappy changing mat was apparently the fourth bed 😂. took a long time sending messages back and fourth to the hotel and booking.com, stealing our precious time in SK . No help was given at any point to provide with a fourth bedding or change room . That tainted our stay in Busan.

Location is good. Short walk to amenities and beach. About 10mins. Apartment is clean and well stocked. Very responsive staff.

Water pressure is low, not able to get desired water temperature. Long wait for lift and it’s always packed. Waited for about 30mins to be finally able to get into lift. Booked room thinking it’s a hotel but turned out to be Airbnb concept. Photo representation seemed to show will have sea view but end up facing another building

Everything you needed including kitchen and wash machine

The location of this hotel was perfect! Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and many other highlights of Haeundae's area. We also thought it was quite cozy and the bathroom was great (separate from the sink). There is also a convenience store super close that helped for any snack cravings.

On the Booking listing, it said that we would have 2 beds and a futon. Upon arriving, there was no futon, and when staff was contacted, no futon was delivered the next day. Luckily, the beds were large enough to share-- but still, be wary of the listings.

The location of the apartment in Haeundae was excellent, and the view and the voice of the sea was amazing.

More elevators would be needed in the building.

Clean, comfortable bed and bedding, Close to public transportation, shops and attractions Staffs were nice and luggage storage service was available

Room was bit smaller than I expected No where to put your luggage

Just the washing machine

I booked HOTEL, not Airbnb, ended up we had to wash towels and disposal trash daily because there was no daily cleaning service.
