Alpine Village Home

Loved the villages and seeing rural life around us The view of the church and mountains was great ( but could be improved with some trimming of lower branches so the deck area can benefit from the views) The apartment was super clean

We were backpacking and so arrived by public transport. The timetable was a little limited eg we used to take the 8.58 back into the lake or bohinjska Bistrica beware though it's not from the bus stop building it's just on the road down from the church near the junction. Buses are quite prompt. We ended up missing the bus, the silver lining was walking 7km through the rural villages. Shops close in general on Sundays, there was one little corner store in a village 1km from the lake. No shops or restaurants in the immediate area. Spiral stairs were a challenge, and it is a loft space with sloped triangle ceiling with limited height...but if only to sleep it's OK. Bathroom is direct from kitchen / lounge so less privacy if needed and navigating stairs if need a midnight trip! Not a deal breaker though

The location is terrific, mountain view and several hiking options. Bed linen, towels and kitchen dishes were available and nice. Bathroom is renovated, as are different items in the apartment, heating and beds.

Access to the apartment is terrible, both the tight turn, grass and bushes growing over the tight access road. The final turn is really tight for longer vehicles so the owner recommended we turn at the house at end of street, but without the consent of old lady living there who was giving us the evil eye every time we used it Apartment is old and not renovated apart from kitchen and some facilities. The kitchen is falling apart in places, there are cobwebs all over and the balcony feels unsafe. There's also a strong smell of moisture whenever all windows are not open. Sorroundings should be better maintained, at a minimum cut the grass to keep the insect count reasonable.

Nice apartments, wonderful environment with the kids, highly recommended. There are plenty space for letting them run, also a garden playhouse which is nice. It is worth mentioning that there is no crossing traffic in front of the house, so pretty calm.

Very nice accommodation, very clean and neat

It would be nice if there were mosquito repellents. Also, the steep driveway to the chalet should be emphasized by the landlord because it's impossible to reach if your car is low

Access road for the cars was extremely steep. Would appreciate anti-mosquitos nets on the windows.

High room humidity

The location is extremely beautiful, very quiet and relaxing...a little hard to find, but after all for us was just perfect! The apartment was a little smal, but we manage to fit in after a little organisation and we realised that we didn't need more, because we spent most of the time trekking around. The host very well organised and the communication was grate. * We stayed in APP3.

The light outside was very little (almost dark) after sunset.

Ideal isolated cottage with amazing view to nearby wallet. All brand new and perfectly clean. Barbecue outside (gas). Possible self check in. Small treehouse right in front of the main house which was fun and entertained our kids in the evening.

Everything was perfect.

Good location in calm village and amazing views for the mountains. Very good instructions how to reach the village home. good equipment in the kitchen, garden with barbecue, private parking place. we had everything that we need Here

Our apartament (No 3 ) should have 2 separate bedrooms, in fact one bedroom was at the entrance to the whole apartament and it was communication hall to the kitchen and bathroom.
