Worst experience so far. Typical entrance. Smelly room. Dirty towels. Non Functional taps. Unhygienic. Rude staff. Breakfast, they said cannot be provided before 9:30 am. Booking.com should take notice. Don't expect to go thru this again while reserving through booking.com

staff was rude , receptionist threatened me and locked me from outside as i was 10 mts late in checking out ..he threatened and told that i have to pay full day rent and abused me very badly ,,,,, sad and unfortunate ... shady staff and shady hotel hotel ... avoid this hotel

Only Location

Booking was originally at Uday Villas but when I reached there after carrying my luggage myself upto first floor (as no lift was there), I was told by the hotel manager that the hotel has to be changed now due to non functioning of AC in this hotel. They then shifted me to nearby Hotel Uday Palace. Again this new hotel also has got no lift and one has to walk thru stairs to reach the reception at first floor. I was given a room with a low quality, dirty bathroom, AC not cooling properly and a stinking towel. Surprisingly I raised complaint on booking.com app however no response was received till now. Since it was late night I was left with no choice but to accept the room. The dustbin was full of waste of previous occupancy and was not removed despite many requests. Finally I had to put it outside the door to get rid of the foul smell. Booking.com and Fab should check the authenticity of the reviews regarding this hotel, as my experience of stay was not good and comfortable at all. I do not recommend this hotel.
