Location , Greenery, access to the beach

The front desk should not take decision what kind of bed customer need. I booked a family room and at the time of check-in front desk was giving me room with 2 beds, who are they to decide this without asking me. On 31st Oct due to rain phone line in my room stopped working. I tried calling all the numbers mentioned in the menu card given in the room all three numbers are not working. When you call the board line it goes to Hayatt. Luckily I had reception number but there Mayuresh was so busy that after hearing my room number he disconnected the phone, later I tried multiple times he simply pick and hang up the phone. No accountability from reception to call back the guest. When I went there and asked Mayuresh said he was busy attending other guest. Was i staying free of cost, am I not a guest. Bad experience, very bad response to a guest

The suit was spacious , clean and we got the first villa from the beach. Lots for greenery around . Pool was good and with proper Depth.

The food can improve. There should be places where you can easily wash you feet before entering rooms

The location Just walk to the beach from the back gate Pravesh and Amit at the restaurant were so good Pravesh was also great at guiding for what to order and with our food allergies

SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH EXCELLENT BREAKAST AND WONDERFUL LOCATION.....

ROOM CLEANLINESS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

Very pleasant and service-oriented staff. They were very attentive and available at all times. Spacious and clean rooms. Refill of coffee and water in the room every day. Good and hot water in the shower. Great location in relation to the beach; only 1-2 minutes from the reception (although we were there during the monsoon, so we couldn't stay on the beach). We used the pool, which had comfortable sunbeds, and the staff was always there to provide mattresses and towels. Cozy bar and restaurant with very friendly staff.

We where here in off-season, therefore there was many things on the menu the restaurant could not serve. But it may be too few sunbeds in poolarea in highseason
