French colony-like buildings with big rooms Back gate to beach - Just 2 min walk to beach and shack (near to famous Bobby's shack) Hotel have a good standard. We feel we are staying in a safe and reputed place. Have Parking facility and the street towards the hotel is beautiful. Near to Calangute/Baga streets

Mosquitoes in the balcony. Reception lady was not so polite. It can be a problem with that staff and not with hotel. So that was okay.

I love the location of the hotel. It is close to the Baga beach which is one of the good beaches in Goa. However the overall experience with the property was not very good.

The rooms were dirty with sand on the floor. We couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes. Bathroom had spiders and insects. Even the bed-sheets were dirty. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

"great location, huge room for improvement."

location for Baga beach was perfect.

staff struggled with simple English so it took forever to sort simple task. breakfast was aimed at locals with only one English option per day e.g. chicken nuggets!! and only 2 options for fruit.

Excellent property, very close to beach. Restaurant served tasty food. GM and FB manager Preeth and all the sraff were courteous and taken good care. For family its a comfortable place to be next to the beach.. it's my choice again for next trip. Prawns tempura was really good.
