La Gemma Amalfitana

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und man ist direkt am Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich diverse Restaurants/ Eisdielen/ Obst und Gemüse/ bäckerei etc. Das Zentrum von Vietri ist zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten (bergauf) zu erreichen. Wenige Minuten vom Haus ist auch der Fährhafen, von dem aus man zB nach Amalfi oder Sorrento fahren kann. Der Gastgeber war über WhatsApp kontaktieren, außer für Check-In/Out hatten wir aber keinen Kontakt mit ihm (da alles gut war).

Die Ausstattung scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Man sollte also keinen Luxus erwarten. Was bei dem Preis aber vollkommen in Ordnung war :)

Lenzuola sporche di sabbia con presenza di capelli evidente che non sono state cambiate dalla partenza dei precedenti ospiti . Bagno in pessime condizioni con aspiratore smontato dalla sua sede e comunque collegato alla corrente in modo pericoloso per gli ospiti

Vietri è bellissima. La casa è vicina al mare. Il gestore è una persona gentilissima e affabilissima

The apartment is really spacious. It is located very close to marina (port and beach), which is very convenient because the main part of the city is uphill. It was very affordable too considering the Amalfitan coast prices. There is a really good bakery very nearby. Vietri itself has surprised us too, the city has very nice shops with painted ceramic façades, dramatic views to the sea and mountains, there are very nice restaurants and way cheaper than Positano or Amalfi.

Nothing but beware of that the main part of the city is uphill. Depends on each one's interest. I think there are buses, but we have not tried them.

Ottima posizione proprio vicino al mare e alla piazza di Vietri, spazi grandi

Mobili veramente vecchi e datati, zero accoglienza, lock della chiave che stava cadendo dalla parete, ventilatore rotto, la struttura ha tanto potenziale ma sembra poco curata e non si dà molta attenzione al comfort dell’ospite. No Wi-Fi. Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva.

Dell'alloggio non mi è piaciuto nulla, indecente, sporco, parete bucata, zanzariera rotta per l'unica finestra che c'è, forte odore di muffa,degrado assoluto!!

Ripeto, non è un alloggio per ospitare turisti in vacanza, le foto su Booking non corrispondono alla realtà, evitatelo, vi rovinate la vacanza!!

La ubicación es inmejorable, la playa está literalmente en frente del alojamiento. Debe ser de las mejores ubicaciones de Vietri Sul Mare. El anfitrión siempre respondió todas las consultas de modo inmediato y se mostró muy amable (algo no muy habitual el Italia, ya que maltratan mucho a los turistas)

Creo que la propiedad tiene un gran potencial para ser espléndida pero que no le prestan la suficiente atención. El baño era incómodo, se inundaba, ya que la ducha estaba rota. Faltaban cuestiones simples, que se pueden arreglar muy sencillamente, como los utensilios de la casa (no teníamos tenedores), o elementos de limpieza o de uso normal (alfombra del baño, secador de piso, que el lavarropas funcione, etc.) Todo mejorable y sencillo. Ojalá puedan dedicarle un poquito de tiempo y atención al departamento porque realmente es una joya en donde está.

Great location! Super close to the beach but still very private. Host was great with check in details.
