Mustard Pot Cottage

Stunning location with high quality furnishings and fittings. Owners really make it simple for you with tea/coffee making facilities stocked up and some bonus (and very delicious home made Lemon Cake for my visit). Really comfortable stay that wanted for nothing.

Small part only and comes with the territory of being a rural location with a pond nearby, but the midges did have a good go at me. Really didnt detract from a morning coffee admiring the pond or the stunning location.

So much good I don't know where to start! I went for a solo retreat so had ' work' to do and this was perfect. Different places to sit during the day, everything i could have wanted. Beautiful bed, wonderful shower. There are neighbours, but quiet and respectful. 20 min walk into Eye to see the castle ruins. Just perfect for my needs. I'll be going back and have already recommended it!

Cleanliness, Wifi, look and feel of the place. (looks like Booking didn't supply the code for the keys cupboard, but the owner came and resolved the issue)

There could do with more lighting outside the cottage as at night there are only a couple of floodlights which are not bright enough and its a bit dark in places. Especially just before you enter the entrance where there is a slight turn on a small raised track with a small drop to the left, when reversing out as its so dark its hard to judge

I was greeted by the owners an arrival who were incredibly welcoming. The property was even better than shown in the pictures and the location is excellent, very idyllic.

Cosy cottage with attention to detail for the interior. Very well equipped and designed.

Beautifully appointed with everything we could have needed. Great set up and layout for a couple. Easy to find with the directions given, even in the dark. Delicious chocolate and banana bread left for us was a lovely thought
