BRLocalização muito boa próxima da estação. Fácil comunicação com a proprietária. Cozinha equipada e com sucos , cápsulas de café e biscoitos para um café da manhã rápido. Quarto grande e banheiro confortável. Instalações modernas e com muito capricho.
A única observação é que poderiam trocar as toalhas com mais frequência.

AUClose to station, well equipped kitchen, very clean room, luggage storage for small cost. We arrived w hours early and they allowed us into our room early. Very fast response from host for any inquiries we had. Beautiful view from our room. We had the green room.
Light in hallway very bright and very bright light came in under our door which made the room light when sleeping. I put a towel on the floor against the door to block out the bright light, then it was ok.
AUResponsive and helpful host. Big rooms and good shared facilities with extras in the kitchen. Conveniently located near station. Smooth and organised check in.
Cleanliness could have been improved with large stains found in the toilet on arrival being the biggest issue. Smaller notes include the fact we hung a do not disturb sign on our door before we went out and we came back to find they had indeed come in and made up our beds - not a big issue but should adhere to signs on door.

Noisy, shared space and everything can be heard through the bottom of the door. Also, charged me extra for tax (€13} even though agreement said €10. I believe individuals should honor agreements.
