"Frustrating, a disappointing trip. All other hotel fully booked."

Didn't get to stay as Booking.com has screwed up the booking as was told by Windmill reception that room not availble when arriving for checkingin. Real frustrating. When complaining to Booking customer service (by the name of Carson W.) and was told that he would arrange for full refund since not customer problem. However later on received e-mail informing only partial refund given (RM90 instead of RM308 payment made.) i insisted that Booking.con refund in full. Thank you
