Amazing location and views, very clean, the lava room was my personal favourite!

Bed was way too firm for me Emergency exit light above the stairs was very bright, shining into the bedroom the whole night Water temperature didn’t get as hot as it should have to make the bath enjoyable, some instructions for how to use the water heating system would have been helpful Comfortable seating in the downstairs living area to be able to sit and look out on the lake would be a nice addition rather than just the table

Beautiful and modern facilities. Feels really luxurious and great location. The pick up and drop off to the station was really convenient. We did have an issue with the water that was promptly resolved by the host. Great communication and would highly recommend.

It would have been good if more towels were provided as we were there for a few days.

Perfect stay for me and my family. Incredibly, clean, functional and very convenient location in terms of sightseeing. The hosts were also very accommodating to our needs and requests. Only thing to note, they respond in Japanese but nothing google translate can’t handle.

This house is lovingly renovated, everything looks very new. The view is absolutely amazing, and there is a large balcony overlooking the lake. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, this is extends to the other furniture and appliances, which are all high quality brands. The staff is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Kawaguchiko.

Everything was perfect, the view to the lake, the design and the location. The terrace is very nice. Beds so comfy. Only 800m from the train station. Very comfortable. Great French bakery in 30 meters with great croissant and breakfast.
