Very modern, clean and high tech stay. The amenities are excellent. Dyson hair-dryer, wash dryer- will need to make sure you if u stop the cycle, it stops during dryer phase and press unlock and it will continue with 20mins timer in it to enable to cool down and unlock. The sauna and the onsen were excellent, shower was excellent. It was raining during our stay but the warm water made it possible to open the bath window and still enjoy bathing with some views They also have a telescope, pyjamas and barbeque equiptment.

No staff on-site except the cleaner. Not possible to get into the building before 3pm so you would need to just stay outside. Staff assistance can be accessed via tablet provided at the reception or room. No food facility at at all except vending machine for a few drinks. They do provide some drinks and snacks in the fridge. If u opt for breakfast they leave you a breakfast box you need to prepare your self for every member of your group. There are restaurant list found in the hotel, if you opt for food delivery, it can take almost 1-1.5hr. It maybe just our experience because it was raining but we waited 1.5hrs and ended up cancelling due to no ETA, we were starving so picked the closest food delivered to us in 30mins.
