Die Lage war gut, direkt vor der Moschee. In der nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und da fahren die Busse in aller Richtungen.

Das Zimmer sah komplett anders aus als auf den Bildern. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, bekam jedoch ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss (Spitzboden) ohne Internet. Egal, wie man sich im Zimmer bewegt hat, ist man ständig mit dem Kopf gegen die Dachschräge gestoßen. Es war kalt, und es gab kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Das Personal sprach nur Türkisch, weshalb die Kommunikation sehr schwierig war. Im Zimmer hatte ich keine Internetverbindung – obwohl ein WLAN-Signal vorhanden war, funktionierte das Passwort nie, und man teilte mir mit, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes. Die gleichen Speisen wurden im Kühlschrank gelagert und am nächsten Tag erneut serviert, also nichts Frisches.

When we entered the room we saw that the room was spacious, with a high ceiling, which impressed us. The staff were available at the reception and did their best to help us. There are two rooms with a sauna downstairs and massage rooms. We used the sauna and enjoyed it there, the water was hot and flowing all the time. We really liked the breakfast and there was free parking just outside the hotel.

We had some issues with the water in the bathroom - it was only hot and we couldn't adjust it as there was no cold water. We also had a weak Wi-Fi signal in the room and needed to go close to the door or to the reception to catch a good signal. The remote for the air conditioner was shared between the rooms in the hotel and we didn't have one as it was at the reception. We got cold overnight and we were not able to adjust the temperature or turn off the air conditioner.

- first, we were accommodated in a wrong room: quite smaller than the one booked, but upon our complaint the reception has shifted to a large room - particularly, in room 210, there was no internet - no mirror either in the bathroom, or in the living room - no batteries in the remote control panel for TV - no blanket, just a bedspread, or smth like that - well, at least the receptionist gave additional bedspreads upon our request
