Very clean. Appliances, kitchen ware, bathroom and other hygenic needs are available. It has access to a mall where you can purchase whatever you need in the supermarket and food in the restaurants.

Not so significant issue.

The location is best , central of Manila, Makati. It was 56th floor, so nice view.

Everyday saw cockroaches, the last day one cockroach was walking on my face and woke me up at 3:30am. No serviced apartments, and can receive cleaning service with additional fee, but the payment is only by bank transfers or local electronic app. Visitors from overseas can’t make it, so leave money as we leave the room. I am not sure the money could arrive in the owner or not correctly. Passport copy must be sent beforehand on WhatsApp or Viber or e-mail, I was super scared. Because I don’t like to send ID copy on SNS or any unknown people online. And I need to show my passport again at the security when we check in . Maybe no need to give my passport copy online in advance.

Pin lock at front door. The view is incredible. Integrated Convection stove. Modern look and feel. No funny smells. Super comfy bed.

Getting used to shower controls (1 minute or 2), but figured it out.

The Worse stayed I have ever had in the Air Residence I stayed in appartment 5617 on the 2nd day i notices their was cookroaches all over my clothes in the draws. I had to use the washing machine then the next day the agent tryed to threaten me using the washing machine and the agent made contact with booking com saying i broke the house rules After I responded They said they will send a someone from pest control. But I found out it was the cleaner Dueing my stay i must of catch 300 to 350 cookroaches my self.. I went and bought insert sticky pads plus spray photos will be uploading
