"MAKE SURE WHEN YOU ACCEPT BOOKING, IT'S REALLY VACANT"

THE ROOM WAS FINE

WE DID NOT STAY HERE ACTUALLY. THEY ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING BUT LATER CALLED ME TO SAY IT'S STILL OCCUPIED. WE WERE LEFT HANGING. THEY JUST REFUNDED THE MONEY WE PAID BUT THE INCONVENIENCE IT CAUSED US WAS DISAPPOINTING. WE STAYED AT THE LOBBY FOR A LONG TIME AND WE WAITED FOR OTHER AGENTS WHO OFFERED US A ROOM

The television set up was good.

Less than desirable check in process and comms, toilet leaking water so bathroom floor constantly wet, no teaspoons, no blinds on the balcony door, waiting forever for a lift.
