USThe apartment was exceptional. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed. It was modern, cool and comfortable, but in a beautiful historic setting. I spoke with the owner and he explained that no there was not air conditioning. It was the natural temperature of the place. It would be 95° outside and I would come in and it was perfect. It’s been all remodeled at the most tasteful way. And there was a generous amount of coffee pods for the coffee maker as well as bottled water.
I wish there was a washing machine, but I was able to do hand wash.
GBUSBest location imaginable in the heart of the old city, just a 1 minute walk from the main square. Apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean, and pristine with lots of space; I could live there. Host is wonderful too being highly responsive, friendly and accommodating.

ITUSthe fridge was stocked with juices, milk and there were some breakfast pastries and coffee and tea ! the host was just wonderful the apartment was brand new and was clean and lovely and quiet! It is very close to the Piazza del Mercato in Spoleto which was precisely where we needed to be. This place exceeded expectations in every way !
I really cannot think of a thing that could have been better! It is a perfect place for a couple or a small family . thank you Francesco !
