The bed was Comfortable and water was hot in the shower
ZAZAI enjoyed the convenience of having a washing machine at my disposal. The unit is also based in a prime location, close to all shops and the beach, but the neighbourhood is still peaceful and quiet. I also liked the fact that the unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
As much as I wanted to give Brisbane Bay Escape a 5-star review, the "after sales" service has been an absolute letdown. It's been 8 days since I checked out and I still have not received my damage deposit back. I also asked the property for a zero value invoice that I needed to submit to Booking.com as there was a billing issue on my account. 1st I was told that the invoice would be sent to me after checkout. When I queried after checkout, I was then told to wait till the 9th of January as that is when the property will receive payment from Booking.com for my stay. It is now the 11th of January and I've had no feedback. It leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth knowing how much you pay for accommodation during the peak season, but when it comes to getting assistance after the fact, people drag their feet and there's absolutely no sense of urgency to try and get the matter resolved. This situation I find myself in now completely overshadows my stay and the experience I had with The Host Management. Leaving this review is a ditch effort to get assistance from someone as I'm gatvol.
