Muy buena limpieza, excelente trato del personal, respetuosos, atentos y serviciales. La playa, cerca y bien la alberca y el chapoteadero de niños. Ambiente tranquilo, sin ruidos molestos, ricos desayunos.

Qué el estacionamiento no está integrado al hotel, tiene uno que esperar a que lo lleven a uno y lo traigan al estacionamiento que está como a 3 calles. La instalación se ve un poco deteriorada, supongo que fue por los dos fuertes huracanes que dañaron muchos hoteles y edificios de ese municipio. Tampoco me gustó que el aire acondicionado está en la parte de arriba de la cabecera de una de las camas, lo que provoca un airecito frío al que le toca dormir allí y si se apaga pues se siente mucho calor. Debería estar el aire acondicionado por el lado de la entrada, lejos de las camas y así no causaría molestia alguna.

"Hotel muy bien ubicado y con excelente oferta gastronómica"

La vista al mar y la salida directa a la playa sin necesidad de cruzar calles o caminar mucho tiempo bajo el sol. Además contaba un un balcón de vista a la playa y el servicio de desayuno buffet es muy completo y con una relación costo beneficio excelente. La gente en el hotel y en la ciudad en si es muy amable

Las camas muy blandas para mi gusto. El parqueadero pago queda a unos 200m del hotel aunque se puede ir y volver en el vehículo de seguridad del hotel

No utilice el restaurante. La ubicación es muy buena y fácil de llegar.

Que la piscina la cerraran temprano. Mínimo debería estar disponible hasta las 9 de la noche.
