Villa Makis Studios

The place has a breathtaking view. The studio is equipped with all the amenities—a classic stovetop, a fridge, and an electric kettle. They cleaned every day without ever disturbing us. It was quiet and peaceful. The hostess let us check in early and was very kind. It is located very high up, so the climb can be tough if you are not in good shape or have health issues. But a view like that comes with a price.

La vue, certainement la plus belle possible sur Skiathos ! L’emplacement, si vous n’avez pas peur de monter pour vous y rendre. La réactivité de l’hôtesse.

Les matelas un peu dur après quelques jours.

La struttura è super accogliente, ci siamo trovati benissimo, una vista super vi sveglierà ogni giorno e vi accoglierà quando tornate. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato fare la salita ogni giorno, sono 5/10 minuti ma davvero in pendenza, converrebbe prendere una macchina o uno scooter. Fidatevi. Per il resto staff stupendo e trattamento magnifico. Grazie mille.

We stayed here in August for 4 days. The accommodation turned out to be wonderful, even better than we expected for such a price. The room has all the amenities: air conditioning, a hairdryer, a bathroom, toiletries, a kitchen with everything necessary to prepare a basic breakfast, and even a simple coffee machine, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hostess is a lovely woman; cleaning was done daily while we were out of the room, and they even washed the dishes if we left something in the sink. A nice bonus was that upon arrival we found a bottle of water in the fridge, which was very relevant in such heat, as well as two coffee capsules for the machine. The view from the room is incredible.

The renovation is indeed not new, but nevertheless the room feels cozy. The hotel is located on a hill, but this is compensated by the incredible view from the room.

Location was good and staff was amazing! Especially the lady who was cleaning the room daily, her smile really made our day.

I would not say necessarily didn’t like, however, the way to home is very steep and it might be problem for people with low conditioning or health problems. It is the price for the view though.

Strada ripida per raggiungere la struttura, ma nulla di infattibile. Prese e interruttori vecchi ma funzionanti.
