Excellent, spotlessly clean. On a quiet side street. Very good location in city center. Free street parking near by. Lovely hosts. Book it if available.

It was very hot so an air-conditioner would have been useful.

The owners are extremely helpful & caring. The apartment is very tastefully decorated. It is very clean

It is below ground ( cellar) so no windows with daylight. The preparation space to cook meals is very tiny so difficult to prepare proper meals

Fantastic apartment, extremely clean everything was lovely. Lovely furniture and bathroom. There is even a light under the floor where you can see the ancient Roman sewers, fascinating. Hosts Mariangela and Carlos are lovely. They even made us fresh bruchetta and fig jam. Old Spello town is magnificent.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

A super apartment it was the second time I stayed there. Very, very, very hospitable host. The apartment is nice with a well equipped kitchen, very nice bed and all in top condition. You can´t ask for more.
