Un gardien de sécurité qui est présent H24, 7j/7 L’appartement est spacieux Le personnel qui est réactif et qui est juste en bas de l’immeuble La cuisine si on a m’avait envi de cuisiner

Malheureusement l’isolation des murs n’est pas bonne, le bruit sonore des voisins est présent… on les entend le soir. La finition de la porte vers la fenêtre n’est pas assez bonne surtout quand il y a du vent.
