Mini Wind Apartment

Bright and clean apartment. Comfortable stay.

Bed was comfortable, all worked, no additional noises. Had a good sleep.

The most interesting things was that when I cam to this room it was cold. Like below 15 degrees celsies for sure. Maybe even colder. So I turned radiator from 1 to 5 and went for a walk outside for a few hours. Came back, but room still was cold. Did not want to take off my outside jacket. So I put my food in microwave oven, had a dinner and went under blanket. Had a good sleep. Only in morning room was warmer.

Location is good, instructions were clear, the place was clean

IMO, the property description is misleading: the property is not a ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT as advertised; it's de facto a tiny hotel room lacking some important hotel amenities, such as a desk/table, a chair, something to even put your stuff on, no sink in the bathroom. It also misleadingly advertises a KITCHENETTE but a kitchenette suggests something to be able to cook your own food but there was nothing of the kind, only a micro-oven. There is one kitchen section with a sink, a micro-oven, a small fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. but then, thinking logically, there must be a place to eat what you are supposed to heat in the micro-wave or bring from the grocery store but there is nothing of the kind. Room furniture only includes a fold-out bed and this one kitchen section. Also, no Wi-Fi; it was indeed stated (or rather its absence was not clearly stated) so I did not pay attention as my rather extensive travel experience suggested every property now has Wi-Fi but no. Overall, good to sleep one night after getting back completely drunk and caring only about a bed to lay down your head, otherwise, not really comfortable even for one person even for staying one night but wanting to eat something or to do something on your computer.

Great value for money. Convenient parking. Great location. Clean. Good communication with the host.

You can hear sounds from the staircase quite well. Would've been nice to have a stool and a bedside table.
