The host was attentive and easy to communicate with, and Fatima went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Her kindness and dedication made our stay even more special. The villa matched the pictures exactly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best we’ve ever slept in. Having a private villa was a fantastic bonus, adding to the overall experience.

We paid an extra €200 for a heated pool, but it never reached a comfortable temperature. The host repeatedly insisted it was heated and claimed the issue had been resolved, yet the pool remained cold, and the kids were constantly shivering. I spent most of the stay messaging the host to check the temperature, but the problem was never actually fixed. We've stayed at many properties with heated outdoor pools, and when advertised as heated, they should be properly heated. If the system isn’t working, guests shouldn’t be charged for it, and having to chase the host every day clearly shows there’s an issue with the heating system that needs to be addressed. Another disappointment was breakfast. It was bland and repetitive, so we ended up opting to eat out instead. The downstairs rooms were cold and unwelcoming. One of them had a very small window, which made the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. We also had a major issue with the WiFi. While the host did eventually resolve it, we had to wait for an engineer to arrive, and the repeated requests to test the connection were disruptive, it’s not something we wanted to deal with during a holiday. Additionally, the host sent a technician to repair the fraying carpets in one of the downstairs rooms. Although I was informed, my sisters were unaware and were quite shocked to see strangers walking in and out unexpectedly. This should not be happening during our stay. Regarding the location, this property is quite far from the main centre, it took around 30–35 minutes by car to get there. One of the biggest challenges was finding taxis, and the person recommended by the host tried to charge us £70 for a trip, which was completely unreasonable. If you're looking for accommodation within walking distance of shops and restaurants, this is not the place for you. Lastly, we were told there was a coffee house on-site, but there wasn’t

-Beautiful Villa -lovely hostess who is readily available on whatsapp -the rooms were very clean on arrival and we slept comfortably - not far from carrefour so easy to walk to local shops and get groceries

-there’s an extra cost to heat the pool but it was worth it! -You will need to bring your own basic toiletries as there was none provided except hand wash and toilet paper -Breakfast gets a little repetitive

The lack of breakfast varieties and the poor WiFi connection. Please note there is three different WiFi connections depending on the level you’re on.

The size of the villa was amazing, it was very spacious and the spec was of high quality- very modern. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable and luxurious. The house temperature was great with AC. The pool was fabulous and the children and the adults really enjoyed the experience. All rooms except one had shower facilities. All rooms had a toilet. Location is in a quiet area. The balcony area was very peaceful including the swing, especially at night. Lathifa and Khadija were absolutely superb. Their hospitality was incredible and were always there to help and answer any questions. They kept the house in a clean condition and provided towels every morning. The breakfast was very delicious ( including crepes, pancakes, parathas, cakes,eggs, mint tea, crumpets and all confectionery. Great coffee-making facilities if your a coffee lover. The owner was always prompt with reply from begining to the end and had very good communication. We also had dinner requested for the day we arrived with additional price which was super . The owner also booked us a taxi to and from the airport. Younis was brilliant and we asked him to take us to different places during the week. There's is a pool located outside the property too ( closed on Mondays) which is amazing with swings and slides. - there is a lovely hamam called Hammam Targa 9 mins away on car which does a wonderful hamam ritual. - The villa is situated in a private area and enclosed so there is always a guard guarding both sides of the road. We felt very safe. Our experience overall was relaxing and we really enjoyed it. Thank you Tips for travellers: -If you are staying here, ensure that when arriving from JAMA el fana or any other location that the taxi know EXACTLY where it is. Since the residence compound is fairly new some taxis get confused with where it is especially if they are coming from an area far away and some didn't have GPS. If the taxis are from Targa then you are ok.

I like the communication, transparency, and candidly I can say overall was one of the best bookings that I’ve ever booked.
