"Excellent place, strongly recommend, but need to improve & correct the communication BEFORE arrival."

No breakfast available - nor possible to order to the apartment.

IT or technical issues on the site Booking.com and Laguna properties did not allow to chat in advance and get answers to our basic questions (is breakfast included?, can we have an additional blanket). There is a German number to call on site, but it NEVER answers so useless. (I called 50+ times)
